Kaitlyn Cole

Veterinary Technician

Kaitlyn grew up in Mine Hill, NJ where she still resides with her family.  Her  love of horses began at the age of 12 when her grandfather gifted her with 4 riding lessons.  With those 4 lessons, her love of horses  grew into a passionate hobby.  Kaitlyn enjoyed spending time at the barn to the point she would use her spare time helping do whatever barn chores needed to be done.  Kaitlyn then started teaching beginner lessons. It gave her great joy to see her students with  smiles on their faces. In 2021,  Kaitlyn welcomed her horse Seven into the family.  Kaitlyn focuses mainly on barrel riding. 

In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family, friends and riding Seven.

Caitlin Scheer

Veterinary Technician

Caitlin grew up in Long Valley, NJ. She has been around horses since elementary school.  Caitlin gained valuable experience handling horses over the past 16 years by working for barns in varying roles as well as being a staff member for a local hippotherapy program. She grew up lessoning and leasing different horses until she welcomed her first horse into the family in 2010.  Her herd quickly grew to 3!  After unfortunately having to retire two of them, she bought her mare, Luna and is now focused on Dressage training.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding her horse, and photography. Caitlin also owns a small business called Poloz R Us and has become well known among the horse community for her custom polo wraps.

Madeline Lake Secondary Title

Veterinary Technician

Maddie grew up in Morris Plains, NJ. Her interest in horses started, at 9 years old, when her mom signed her up for English riding lessons. She immediately fell in love with the horses, and it soon became a passion. Her love for horses continued to grow when her friends had introduced her to Western riding, at the age of 15. She joined a local 4H group in which she participated in County fairs, summer camps, and fundraisers. She spent the majority of her time at the barn- grooming horses, maintaining their fields, and aiding with daily barn chores. She and her friends would also enjoy the occasional trail ride, but her favorite was letting the horses run free.

Maddie now has 2 horses of her own, Spitfire and Fireball. Her favorite types of riding include barrel racing and trail riding. In her free time, Maddie spends it with friends, family, and of course her horses. She enjoys going to the gym, and is in school completing her Veterinary Technician Certification.

Sarah Lambert

Sarah, a Maryland native, has spent her life with horses . She was an active 4-H member as a kid, training in dressage and eventing. Sarah graduated from SUNY Cobleskill in 2014 with a B.S. in large animal science. For 10 years, she has professionally worked in both the dairy cattle and equine industries. Sarah made the jump to the western discipline in her twenties hoping to combine her two interests cattle and horses. Outside of her work as a vet tech Sarah and her husband run a small boarding and horsemanship facility at their home in Andover, NJ. Over the past three years Sarah has prioritized her study of equine behavior and horsemanship practices, most recently mentoring under a training program out of Canada. In her free time Sarah enjoys her family and her horses Delta and Rip.
